How to cleanse your Gemstones/Crystals?

To avoid damage, it is not recommend to cleanse crystal and gemstone bracelets by use of water, salt or the Sun.

Best and safe ways recommended is to use the following method:

• Incense or Sage (smudging) - Sage is powerful because it uses all four elements found in nature: water, earth, air and fire. If you follow this method, you should use an abalone shell as your container for the sage bundle. You can use a feather to spread the smoke around the object. Use this for: any stone. Approximate duration: about 30 to 60 seconds per stone.

• Sound - Gentle vibration created by a singing bowl can help clear negative energy quickly and effectively. Use this for: any stone. Approximate duration: 5 to 10 minutes.

• Full Moon - Leave the stone out in a space where the light of the full moon will hit it. With multiple stones, make sure they are separate, not in a pile! It’s ideal to leave it out overnight, in a space that will allow the moonlight to bathe it throughout. Don’t use this for: soft stones, such as celestite, halite, and selenite, that may be damaged by inclement weather. Approximate duration: 10 to 12 hours.

• Crystals - Using crystals to cleanse other crystals is one technique of many. There are only a handful of crystals that are capable of this, it includes Clear Quarts, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Carnelian, and Yellow Citrine but most experts would agree that Selenite is the best fit for the job. Place your stone directly inside or on top of any of these stones. It’s thought that the larger stone’s vibrations remove the inharmonious energies found in the resting stone. Use this for: any stone. Approximate duration: 24 hours.

‍Do not wear your lucky charm on the following places:

1. Hospital;
2. Cemetery;
3. Funeral; and
4. CR

Simply put your bracelet & charm on a red pouch or red box in case you need to go on the abovementioned places.

Important Reminder:

• The head of the Pixiu/Piyao should be facing outwards, as it symbolizes going out to grab wealth luck and bring it back for you.
• Avoid having someone touching it but if it happens, fret not, you just need to cleanse the bracelet.
